By accessing and using the services of Ateliér Brno, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Ateliér Brno provides custom tailoring, alterations, design consultation, garment repair, and related fashion services. All services are performed by qualified professionals in our workshop located in Brno, Czech Republic.
Initial consultation appointments are required for most services. During consultation, we will discuss your requirements, take necessary measurements, and provide time and cost estimates.
Clients may provide their own fabric or select from materials we source. When we source materials on your behalf, you will approve fabric selection before purchase. Fabric costs are separate from service fees unless otherwise stated.
Custom tailoring and significant alteration projects require multiple fittings. Missing scheduled fitting appointments may delay project completion and could incur rescheduling fees.
Estimated completion timelines are provided during consultation. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, actual completion may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and fitting schedule coordination.
Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final costs are determined during consultation based on specific project requirements, fabric selection, and complexity.
Payment structure varies by service type:
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. All prices are stated in Czech Koruna (CZK).
Consultation and fitting appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 500 CZK.
If you cancel a project after work has begun:
If you are unsatisfied with completed work, notify us within 7 days. We will assess the issue and either make necessary corrections at no additional charge or provide a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Custom patterns and designs created for your projects remain the intellectual property of Ateliér Brno unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or distribute these designs without permission.
All content on this website, including text, images, and layout, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Completed garments not collected within 30 days of notification may incur storage fees of 100 CZK per week. Garments not collected within 90 days may be donated to charity or disposed of.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts and governed by Czech law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
